Independent planning and execution of automated user retention campaigns across channels such as email, push, and in-app (OneSignal)
Actively soliciting and collecting feedback
Passing user feedback on to Support, Product Development and Marketing
Supporting the improvement of processes and the user experience
Close collaboration with Support and internal teams
Contributing to the improvement of processes and user experience
Requirements
Some experience in customer-facing roles, CRM or support
Excellent spoken and written German
Comfortable with phone calls (don’t worry, no cold-calling)
Proactive and reliable working style
Structured thinker with a strong sense of responsibility
Interest in digital products, apps and startups
