About the role

  • CRM Manager managing user communications via WhatsApp and phone for MUVN. Planning and executing automated user retention campaigns in a hybrid working environment.

Responsibilities

  • Communication with customers via WhatsApp and telephone
  • Independent planning and execution of automated user retention campaigns across channels such as email, push, and in-app (OneSignal)
  • Actively soliciting and collecting feedback
  • Passing user feedback on to Support, Product Development and Marketing
  • Supporting the improvement of processes and the user experience
  • Close collaboration with Support and internal teams
  • Contributing to the improvement of processes and user experience

Requirements

  • Some experience in customer-facing roles, CRM or support
  • Excellent spoken and written German
  • Comfortable with phone calls (don’t worry, no cold-calling)
  • Proactive and reliable working style
  • Structured thinker with a strong sense of responsibility
  • Interest in digital products, apps and startups
