About the role

Responsibilities

  • Work with Renewal Managers and Account Managers
  • Provide strategic guidance to clients
  • Equip clients with tools and resources
  • Work closely with each client
  • Identify upsell opportunities
  • Anticipate client account renewals
  • Drive product engagement and adoption
  • Organize onboarding sessions for new clients
  • Gather feedback during executive reviews
  • Identify expansion opportunities for Account Managers

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree or higher is preferred
  • At least 3 years of experience in customer success or account management
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Results-oriented mindset
  • Proactive approach to identifying and addressing customer needs
  • Collaborative team player
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English
