Responsibilities
Define strategy and develop and execute plans to increase retail sales of generics
Work closely with internal functions to ensure alignment on strategies, objectives and customer needs
Lead, mentor and develop a team of approximately 50 people
Set sales targets, monitor performance and drive initiatives to generate revenue growth
Build strong customer relationships to expand business opportunities and maximize market demand
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)
Minimum of 10 years of sales leadership experience in the pharmaceutical industry (ideally in generics)
Progressive leadership experience, including managing functions in one or more relevant business areas (marketing, product management, customer service, supply chain, etc.)
Strong strategic and operational skills
Demonstrated ability to lead large teams, manage budgets and drive change
Up-to-date knowledge of emerging technologies and data in the industry
Excellent communication skills; bilingualism preferred (French and English)
