Responsibilities

• Provide operational and administrative support across Finance, Admin, and Facilities.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Work closely with the Finance Team to maintain order and accuracy.
• Support financial documentation, asset control, purchasing, and office operations.
• Organize and file invoices and expense receipts by period.
• Register and maintain asset inventory.
• Coordinate the purchase, delivery, and return of equipment.
• Manage small purchases related to IT and office supplies.
• Monitor office inventory and infrastructure needs.
• Support on-site office operations.

Requirements

• Student of Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.
• 1 year of experience.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of Google Drive, Google Sheets, or Excel.
• Good communication skills and a service-oriented mindset.
• Interest in finance, administration, and operational processes.
• Proactive hands-on, and eager-to-learn attitude.
• Proficiency in English.
