Responsibilities
Construire les tournées des techniciens via l’outil 7Opteam afin d’optimiser productivité et déplacements.
Coordonner l’envoi des pièces en lien avec le CET et le magasin.
Gérer les aléas quotidiens : absences, retards, clients injoignables, problèmes de livraison, reprogrammation de rendez-vous.
Maintenir une communication fluide et proactive avec les techniciens, managers et autres agents de votre zone.
Répondre aux sollicitations clients via Zendesk, appels entrants/sortants.
Informer, rassurer et proposer des solutions rapides en cas d’aléas.
Traiter les dossiers post-intervention (devis, réclamations, suivi des tickets sur le Back Office).
Requirements
Organisée et réactive, capable de jongler avec plusieurs priorités sans perdre le sens du détail.
Dotée d’un excellent relationnel et à l’aise dans la communication orale et écrite.
Calme et rigoureuse, capable de gérer les situations urgentes avec discernement.
Motivées à contribuer à la transition écologique tout en travaillant dans un environnement agile et collaboratif.
Une expérience dans la logistique, la planification, ou le support client est un plus.
