Responsibilities
- Analyze and calculate the group's direct and indirect taxes, ensuring compliance with current legislation.
- Perform tax reconciliations, ensuring alignment with balances and transactions.
- Review the tax transactions of branches to ensure correct taxation and prevent risks of assessments.
- Create and maintain tax rules in the ERP system, keeping them updated to ensure tax compliance of operations.
- Prepare and submit statutory/accessory obligations such as SPED ICMS/IPI, EFD-Reinf, EFD-Contribuições, ADRC-ST, MIT and ECF.
- Provide technical support to internal areas, clarifying doubts and ensuring alignment in operations.
- Review internal processes and propose improvements to increase efficiency and mitigate tax risks.
- Support tax inspections and audits.
