About the role

  • Deal Desk Analyst supporting structuring, pricing, and terms of complex B2B SaaS transactions at Delinea. Collaborating with Sales and cross-functional teams to ensure deal execution efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with sales representatives to structure deal proposals for enterprise and mid-market customers
  • Review and evaluate deals for policy alignment, internal compliance, and booking accuracy
  • Analyze pricing and discounting strategies to ensure competitiveness while maintaining profitability
  • Work closely with various cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and automation

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in a deal desk, sales operations, finance, or revenue operations role, preferably in a SaaS or B2B technology company
  • Proficiency in Salesforce (or other CRM systems), CPQ tool, and Microsoft Office
  • Strong understanding of SaaS business models, sales processes and methodologies, pricing strategies, and contract structures
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence business partners
  • Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail
