About the role

  • Financial Analyst responsible for leading financial planning and forecasting for NA CCOW. Collaborating with teams to optimize financial performance and support business decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Financial Planning & Forecasting Lead the monthly financial forecast process for NA CCOW, ensuring accuracy, and alignment with business targets.
  • Develop and maintain a segmented forecast model to improve customer understanding of financial results through greater detail and clarity.
  • Support long-term planning and annual budgeting.
  • Financial Analysis & Reporting Oversee the subcontractor account for North America, ensuring proper tracking, analysis, and control of costs.
  • Analyze actuals vs. budget, forecast, QoQ, YoY, and identify key drivers of financial performance.
  • Close Activities Lead key month end close activities including variance analysis, accrual validation, journal entry review, and account reconciliation.
  • Update reports used in closures. Conduct To‑Go / FDE analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting principles and internal controls during all close cycles.
  • Strategic Support & Business Partnership Act as the primary financial liaison for CCOW North America, consolidating financial data across teams and presenting insights to leadership.
  • Provide financial recommendations to support business decision‑making.
  • Partner with operational teams to identify cost reduction opportunities and implement strategies that mitigate financial risks.
  • Process Improvement & Automation Lead process optimization initiatives, improving reporting quality, streamlining workflows, and enhancing analytical capabilities.
  • Implement automation solutions that reduce manual effort and significantly shorten reporting cycle times.
  • Improve customer experience by designing processes that deliver clearer, more actionable financial insights.

Requirements

  • First level university degree with a focus in business or economics; advanced degree or accounting certification (e.g., CPA, MBA) preferred.
  • Typically 6+ years of experience as a financial analyst.
  • Typically experienced in more than one finance function.
  • Excellent understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis, with advanced knowledge in one area.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Excellent business application skills (e.g., Microsoft Excel).
