About the role

• Role overseeing the DWDM network operations for Vivo, focusing on failures analysis and process automation. Part of a team ensuring operational excellence for customer services.

Responsibilities

• You will work on Vivo's DWDM network and perform supervision, correlation, fault analysis, and trigger the operational chain for repair.
• You will also define requirements and develop systems for robotic process automation.
• We operate nationwide and are responsible for delivering traffic for all products and services, as part of a core team in our operational chain, always aiming to maintain excellence in delivery to our customers.
• This is a dynamic area full of opportunities to gain technical knowledge of equipment from various vendors that make up Vivo's transport network.

Requirements

• High school diploma - certificate of completion
• Currently pursuing higher education
• Required knowledge of telecommunications systems and network topologies;
• Analytical profile required for fault diagnosis;
• Must have schedule flexibility for shift work (24x7);
• Ability to work under pressure and a proactive attitude in pursuing results;
• Desirable knowledge of DWDM equipment and architecture;
• Desirable knowledge of mesh ASON topology (Layer 0 and Layer 1);
• Experience with DWDM equipment from vendors such as Huawei, Ciena, Nokia, Siemens, Padtec is a plus;
