- Define value propositions, target segments, and acquisition/retention strategies
- Own go-to-market readiness and develop multi-channel marketing plans
- Lead campaign execution from concept to launch across channels
- Establish and monitor performance metrics and reporting on KPIs
- Communicate clearly with team members and stakeholders
- Support implementation of marketing procedures, practices, and routines
- Represent M&T Bank at external events for research and networking activities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree OR a combination of 9 years of higher education and relevant experience
- Minimum 5 years of marketing experience
- Experience in Home Lending (Mortgage and Home Equity) marketing required
- Proven ability to resolve escalated issues and complex problems
- Demonstrated success building strong working relationships with internal and external partners
- Ability to research, evaluate, and recommend changes to initiatives or projects
- Experience mentoring and/or onboarding junior talent
- Technical expertise and independent judgment in area of responsibility
