Responsibilities
Drive marketing strategy and innovation for mortgage and home equity products
Conceptualize, develop, execute, and evaluate marketing programs
Align mortgage marketing initiatives with the enterprise mission and strategic direction
Build strong relationships across the department and with key partners
Define value propositions, target segments, and acquisition/retention strategies
Own go-to-market readiness and develop multi-channel marketing plans
Lead campaign execution from concept to launch across channels
Establish and monitor performance metrics and reporting on KPIs
Communicate clearly with team members and stakeholders
Support implementation of marketing procedures, practices, and routines
Represent M&T Bank at external events for research and networking activities
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree OR a combination of 9 years of higher education and relevant experience
Minimum 5 years of marketing experience
Experience in Home Lending (Mortgage and Home Equity) marketing required
Proven ability to resolve escalated issues and complex problems
Demonstrated success building strong working relationships with internal and external partners
Ability to research, evaluate, and recommend changes to initiatives or projects
