About the role

  • Marketing Manager for U.S. Cori Knees executing strategies in the digital surgical market. Collaborating across teams to drive revenue growth and market presence while managing product lines.

Responsibilities

  • Directing efforts on executing downstream marketing strategies and tactics for revenue growth
  • Developing and maintaining understanding of the robotic and navigation market landscape
  • Supporting commercial sales team with product expertise
  • Creating and executing go-to-market plans for assigned product lines
  • Managing promotions, medical education initiatives, digital marketing, channel readiness, and inventory planning
  • Participating in progress reviews with Supply Chain and Global Business teams
  • Collaborating closely with Global Upstream Marketing and Sales Leadership
  • Recommending potential reference sites and assisting in managing relationships
  • Defining and implementing effective targeting strategies with sales team
  • Gathering insights to inform marketing decisions
  • Supporting industry educational meetings and events, on-site customer meetings, and national sales meetings

Requirements

  • Over five years of demonstrated marketing experience in the robotics segment
  • Experience in orthopedics considered a strong advantage
  • Strategic thinking and anticipating future challenges
  • Effective marketing plans and strategies execution
  • High level of ownership and accountability
  • Experience managing and supporting the go-to-market process and sales cycle for capital equipment
  • Strong collaboration skills working across multiple stakeholders
  • High energy and engaging presence to build relationships and influence
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to present confidently to audiences at all levels
  • Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic environment
