Responsibilities
Directing efforts on executing downstream marketing strategies and tactics for revenue growth
Developing and maintaining understanding of the robotic and navigation market landscape
Supporting commercial sales team with product expertise
Creating and executing go-to-market plans for assigned product lines
Managing promotions, medical education initiatives, digital marketing, channel readiness, and inventory planning
Participating in progress reviews with Supply Chain and Global Business teams
Collaborating closely with Global Upstream Marketing and Sales Leadership
Recommending potential reference sites and assisting in managing relationships
Defining and implementing effective targeting strategies with sales team
Gathering insights to inform marketing decisions
Supporting industry educational meetings and events, on-site customer meetings, and national sales meetings
Requirements
Over five years of demonstrated marketing experience in the robotics segment
Experience in orthopedics considered a strong advantage
Strategic thinking and anticipating future challenges
Effective marketing plans and strategies execution
High level of ownership and accountability
Experience managing and supporting the go-to-market process and sales cycle for capital equipment
Strong collaboration skills working across multiple stakeholders
High energy and engaging presence to build relationships and influence
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to present confidently to audiences at all levels
Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic environment
