Responsibilities
Responsible for handling all customer requests for table reservations and birthday parties.
Responsible for managing customer data and administering the bar's loyalty and discount program, FIDELIZE, including applying points.
Provide attentive, high-quality service to all customers, resolve reservation-related issues and escalate to management when necessary.
Conduct customer service via phone, WhatsApp and social media with courtesy and respect.
Maintain and operate the FIDELIZE system to process customer points, including creating initiatives to inform customers about points available for use at the bar.
Develop customer retention initiatives, such as compiling birthday lists to invite customers to celebrate on-site.
Create marketing actions and campaigns and publish them on social media.
Requirements
Higher education in Social Media or Marketing completed or in progress preferred.
Experience driving engagement on social media and executing marketing initiatives.
Enjoy working in a team.
Availability to work varying hours and immediate start.
Own vehicle preferred.
Familiarity with creating marketing materials or using Canva is desirable.
