Responsibilities
Create, test, and launch email marketing campaigns, including promotional, informational and nurturing emails
Segment email lists for targeted campaigns and ensure optimal delivery through list maintenance and proper segmentation
Analyse key email metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates) and provide regular reports to evaluate campaign success and identify opportunities for improvement
Conduct A/B tests on subject lines, content, and design to continuously improve performance and maximise engagement
Ensure all email campaigns adhere to industry best practices, including GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other privacy regulations
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
1-3 years of experience in email marketing or digital marketing
Proficiency in email marketing platforms like Pardot, Marketo or Hubspot
Familiarity with email marketing automation and list management
Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly
Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and user experience
Detail-oriented and organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and within a team environment
Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-driven mindset
