Responsibilities
Responsible for the planning and implementation of email marketing
Segment audiences effectively and curate targeted email lists for various campaigns, including automated sequences and trigger-based initiatives
Generate email campaign concepts aligned with marketing objectives and organize mailings
Oversee the logistical aspects of email campaigns, organizing and scheduling mailings
Collaborate closely with content creators and design colleagues
Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in email marketing, proposing innovative strategies and optimizations
Conduct comprehensive analysis of campaign outcomes, leveraging A/B testing methodologies to refine strategies and track key performance indicators (KPIs)
Requirements
Previous experience working on Klaviyo (or any other email marketing platform)
Understanding of the e-mail marketing process
Proficiency in Latvian and good English language skills are required for working international clients and software
Proficiency in comprehending and following instructions effectively
Strong analytical skills (as an advantage)
Familiarity with and adherence to the principles outlined in the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (as an advantage)
Demonstrated experience in utilizing professional email automation tools for campaign management (as an advantage)
Competence in creating HTML-based email templates for marketing campaigns (as an advantage)
