Responsibilities
Planning, execution and analysis of email campaigns (newsletters, trigger emails, promotions, etc.)
Further development of automated customer journeys across the funnel (e.g., welcome series, cart abandonment, reactivation)
Responsibility for performance KPIs such as open rates, clicks, conversions, unsubscribe rates
Development of segmentation strategies for targeted, personalized campaigns
Close collaboration with Content, Design and Tech teams to ensure smooth campaign workflows, as well as the phased implementation of strategic and operational CRM initiatives
Build and maintain a cross-channel CRM funnel (B2C and B2B)
Responsible for budget and revenue planning and control of the email marketing channel to ensure efficient use of resources
Direct reporting to the Head of E-Commerce
Requirements
Several years of professional experience in email marketing, ideally in e-commerce and in D2C and B2B environments
Initial experience or strong interest in CRM, customer retention and customer lifecycle management
Excellent communication skills and experience working with interdisciplinary teams (including international teams)
Analytical and conceptual thinking, structured working style and a good sense for customer needs
High degree of initiative, solution orientation and result focus
Confident use of email marketing tools (e.g., CleverReach, Klaviyo, Emarsys, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar)
Fluent German and English skills; additional language skills are an advantage
