About the role

  • E-Mail Marketing und CRM Manager managing email campaigns and customer journeys at Zwiesel Kristallglas AG. Collaborating with cross-functional teams and analyzing performance metrics.

Responsibilities

  • Planning, execution and analysis of email campaigns (newsletters, trigger emails, promotions, etc.)
  • Further development of automated customer journeys across the funnel (e.g., welcome series, cart abandonment, reactivation)
  • Responsibility for performance KPIs such as open rates, clicks, conversions, unsubscribe rates
  • Development of segmentation strategies for targeted, personalized campaigns
  • Close collaboration with Content, Design and Tech teams to ensure smooth campaign workflows, as well as the phased implementation of strategic and operational CRM initiatives
  • Build and maintain a cross-channel CRM funnel (B2C and B2B)
  • Responsible for budget and revenue planning and control of the email marketing channel to ensure efficient use of resources
  • Direct reporting to the Head of E-Commerce

Requirements

  • Several years of professional experience in email marketing, ideally in e-commerce and in D2C and B2B environments
  • Initial experience or strong interest in CRM, customer retention and customer lifecycle management
  • Excellent communication skills and experience working with interdisciplinary teams (including international teams)
  • Analytical and conceptual thinking, structured working style and a good sense for customer needs
  • High degree of initiative, solution orientation and result focus
  • Confident use of email marketing tools (e.g., CleverReach, Klaviyo, Emarsys, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar)
  • Fluent German and English skills; additional language skills are an advantage
