About the role

  • Professional Services Account Manager responsible for identifying service opportunities in MRI Software's client base. Work collaboratively with project teams in a hybrid model from London office.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and close service opportunities for clients currently using MRI software
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual GPS service order targets
  • Qualify opportunities and assess prospect value
  • Forecast GPS service order opportunities
  • Prepare and issue Statements of Work
  • Conduct timely follow-ups and support marketing campaigns
  • Handover projects to GPS delivery teams
  • Collaborate with the GPS Leadership Team
  • Contribute to internal GPS and company-wide projects

Requirements

  • Preferred background in Sales, Account Management, Client Success or Professional Services
  • 3+ years’ experience in software or real estate is advantageous
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and organisational skills
  • Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability
  • Commercially aware and industry-savvy
  • Resilient under pressure and target-driven
  • Confident, ambitious self-starter with a growth mindset
