Professional Services Account Manager responsible for identifying service opportunities in MRI Software's client base. Work collaboratively with project teams in a hybrid model from London office.
Responsibilities
Identify and close service opportunities for clients currently using MRI software
Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual GPS service order targets
Qualify opportunities and assess prospect value
Forecast GPS service order opportunities
Prepare and issue Statements of Work
Conduct timely follow-ups and support marketing campaigns
Handover projects to GPS delivery teams
Collaborate with the GPS Leadership Team
Contribute to internal GPS and company-wide projects
Requirements
Preferred background in Sales, Account Management, Client Success or Professional Services
3+ years’ experience in software or real estate is advantageous
Excellent communication, negotiation and organisational skills
Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability
Commercially aware and industry-savvy
Resilient under pressure and target-driven
