About the role

  • Account Manager for developing DAS and small cell opportunities in Germany. Driving market strategies, overseeing project delivery, and ensuring compliance with regulations at Vantage Towers.

Responsibilities

  • Develop new and advance existing DAS and small cell opportunities, building new and strengthening existing relationships with clients to support the strategic business plan of Vantage Towers Germany
  • Drive the creation and implementation of a DAS and small cell go-to-market strategies to increase market penetration and expand customer base
  • Lead the planning, design, and delivery of DAS and Small Cell systems , ensuring projects are delivered on time and to spec
  • Coordinate with engineering, site acquisition, and construction teams throughout the deployment lifecycle
  • Oversee technical site surveys , RF design validation, and performance optimization
  • Ensure compliance with German regulatory requirements and local authority approvals
  • Prepare complex business cases and market analyses to support strategic decisions and long-term growth.

Requirements

  • Degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, or Business (or equivalent practical experience)
  • Experience in the telecommunications industry
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in key account management , delivery and strategic sales roles
  • Fluency in German and English (written and spoken) at CEFR level C1 or higher
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Proven experience in both sales and delivery of wireless infrastructure solutions (ideally DAS and/or Small Cells)
