Account Manager for developing DAS and small cell opportunities in Germany. Driving market strategies, overseeing project delivery, and ensuring compliance with regulations at Vantage Towers.
Responsibilities
Develop new and advance existing DAS and small cell opportunities, building new and strengthening existing relationships with clients to support the strategic business plan of Vantage Towers Germany
Drive the creation and implementation of a DAS and small cell go-to-market strategies to increase market penetration and expand customer base
Lead the planning, design, and delivery of DAS and Small Cell systems , ensuring projects are delivered on time and to spec
Coordinate with engineering, site acquisition, and construction teams throughout the deployment lifecycle
Oversee technical site surveys , RF design validation, and performance optimization
Ensure compliance with German regulatory requirements and local authority approvals
Prepare complex business cases and market analyses to support strategic decisions and long-term growth.
Requirements
Degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, or Business (or equivalent practical experience)
Experience in the telecommunications industry
Minimum of 6 years of experience in key account management , delivery and strategic sales roles
Fluency in German and English (written and spoken) at CEFR level C1 or higher
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Proven experience in both sales and delivery of wireless infrastructure solutions (ideally DAS and/or Small Cells)
