Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day client relationships and ensure long-term satisfaction and engagement

Support billing- and agreement-related administration
Make outbound calls to follow up with clients, conduct satisfaction checks, and strengthen engagement
Receive inbound calls to address customer concerns, questions, and issues with professionalism and empathy

Collaborate with the Customer Success and Account Management teams to drive retention and service excellence
Requirements
2–3 years of experience in **account management**, **contract handling**, or **customer success** roles
Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
Confident English skills (minimum B2 level – main working language)
