About the role

  • Manage day-to-day client relationships and ensure long-term satisfaction and engagement
  • Handle contract-related processes: renewals, amendments, terminations, and service adjustments (add/remove services)
  • Support billing- and agreement-related administration
  • Make outbound calls to follow up with clients, conduct satisfaction checks, and strengthen engagement
  • Receive inbound calls to address customer concerns, questions, and issues with professionalism and empathy
  • Perform administrative tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Collaborate with the Customer Success and Account Management teams to drive retention and service excellence

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in **account management**, **contract handling**, or **customer success** roles
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
  • Confident English skills (minimum B2 level – main working language)
  • Additional fluent language: German/Dutch/Portugal/Italian/French/Spanish (minimum strong B2 level)
  • Sales-oriented attitude and enthusiasm for building long-term client relationships
  • Organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a remote setup
  • Flexibility to work across administrative, outbound, or inbound functions depending on team needs
