About the role

  • Analyst overseeing targeted marketing campaigns across the Morgan Stanley website, app, and Shareworks. Collaborating with teams to manage project lifecycles and improve marketing operations.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the strategy and execution for all Targeted Marketing campaigns across the Morgan Stanley website experience, the Morgan Stanley mobile app, and Shareworks platforms.
  • Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle for targeted messaging initiatives, including intake, scheduling, approvals, and delivery.
  • Partner with marketing strategists, creative teams, data teams, and regional stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely execution of campaigns.
  • Leverage Workfront to manage workflows, monitor project status, and report on progress.
  • Prioritize and balance multiple concurrent projects across various time zones and stakeholder groups.
  • Maintain campaign documentation, timelines, and process standards to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency within the marketing operations function.
  • Support quality assurance and post-campaign analysis to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of professional experience, preferably in marketing operations, campaign management, or project coordination.
  • Strong project management skills, with demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Workfront (or similar project management platforms).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working across global teams and time zones.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in problem-solving.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
