Bring your expertise in the South African labour market to lead end-to-end recruitment for a range of specialised roles.
Ensure a smooth, values-driven hiring experience for candidates and hiring managers alike.
Support lower-level roles, assist with coordinator-level processes, and help keep things running smoothly during busy periods.
Requirements
Deep knowledge of the South African and specifically in Cape Town’s recruitment landscape, including NQF frameworks and current Employment Equity legislation.
Proactive in building and nurturing strong local networks.
Believe Every Detail Counts when it comes to the quality of candidate data and process integrity.
Proven ability to build strong interpersonal relationships and guide team members through complex and high volume hiring cycles.
Flexible in your approach, open to new ideas, and comfortable navigating an uncertain, fast-paced environment and okay to flex down when needed.
