Responsibilities
Your working day is predominantly operational in the field — closely supporting our drivers on their development journey and handling additional administrative tasks
You conduct selection events for new safety drivers together with our recruiting team
You support onboarding at our depots and get new colleagues ready to start quickly
You prepare new colleagues optimally for their training as safety drivers and independently deliver core training modules
You develop training and onboarding concepts with the team for autonomous and non-autonomous driving operations
You accompany our drivers during operations and coach them to continuously improve their driving quality
You deliver presentations to various stakeholders
You contribute creatively to various projects and topics
Requirements
Completed commercial vocational training (e.g., business administration) or an equivalent qualification
Valid EU driving licence (category B)
Flexibility regarding workplace and working hours
Clear and empathetic communication skills
Curiosity about topics related to autonomous driving operations
Confident handling of common programs such as MS Office tools
Preferably prior experience with electric vehicles and solid knowledge of applicable regulations (e.g., German Road Traffic Act (StVO), Driving Licence Ordinance (FeV), etc.)
Ideally already trained as a safety driver
