About the role

  • Instructional Designer Co-Op assisting with training content management and developing modules for a leading forklift and material handling company. Involves collaboration, video editing, and general support duties.

Responsibilities

  • To assist the Instructional Design Team with training content management and the development of training modules, videos, graphics, photos, and more.
  • Collaborate with the Instructional Design Manager to determine current and obsolete training content to update materials accordingly.
  • Update the Content Directory and archive current training content.
  • Assist with and shoot videos and photos.
  • Editing of said videos and photos.
  • Assist with the translation process (foreign language knowledge is not necessary)
  • Assist with the globalization efforts of training modules
  • Provide general assistance and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate student pursuing a degree in Training, Design, Organizational Leadership, Education, Visual Communication, Graphic Design, or related field
  • Prior experience in Visual Design.
  • Experience with Camtasia, Articulate, Photoshop, etc. or similar solutions.
  • Must have own means of reliable transportation
