Provide customer account management service

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
0-2 years relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential data
Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite products.
