About the role

  • Inside Sales Agent providing customer account management service at Dal-Tile, a subsidiary of Mohawk Industries. Coordinating orders and enhancing sales opportunities through effective communication.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer account management service
  • Coordinate call lists, systematic updates, order inquiry and status, product information, customer returns, and transportation management
  • Creative and innovative in the sales approach to drive revenue and growth of accounts
  • Process orders timely, accurately, and thoroughly while enhancing sales opportunities with customers
  • Exhibit comfort in up-selling and providing options in products to increase sales
  • Gain an understanding of company operations and industry trends
  • Collaborate in group activities and collaborate with a team
  • Perform various office administration duties such as keying in orders, preparation of reports, and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction with order development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
  • 0-2 years relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential data
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite products.
