About the role

  • Clerk Inside Sales in a leading coating technology firm, serving as the first contact for customers. Responsible for creating offers, tracking orders, and ensuring smooth operations.

Responsibilities

  • You are the primary point of contact for our customers in inside sales — friendly, solution-oriented and reliable.
  • You prepare quotes, monitor orders, coordinate appointments with other departments, and ensure everything runs smoothly.
  • In short: you are the backbone of our sales team.

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training
  • Some experience in inside sales is a plus
  • Enjoy interacting with customers — by phone, email, or in person
  • Good organizational skills, numerical aptitude, and interpersonal skills
  • You enjoy working in a team, are proactive and work independently
  • Confident user of MS Office and ERP systems (e.g., SAP)
