About the role

  • Inside Sales Customer Executive facilitating smooth offer and order processing with customers and distributors. Engaging in international project support and process improvements across teams.

Responsibilities

  • You are the central point of contact between our customers, distributors and internal teams, ensuring smooth quotation and order processing.
  • Collaborate with distributors, manufacturers and internal stakeholders
  • Prepare customer-specific quotes and handle time-sensitive requests
  • Manage and optimize customer-specific inventory
  • Identify and implement process improvements and participate in projects
  • Support international customers and assist with international projects

Requirements

  • Commercial vocational training, or a degree with relevant professional experience
  • Experience in quotation preparation and order processing
  • Experience in process or support management is desirable
  • Strong relationship-management skills as well as organizational and analytical abilities
  • Strong communication skills in German and English for interacting with diverse audiences
  • Knowledge of Salesforce is an advantage
