Responsibilities
You are the central point of contact between our customers, distributors and internal teams, ensuring smooth quotation and order processing.
Collaborate with distributors, manufacturers and internal stakeholders
Prepare customer-specific quotes and handle time-sensitive requests
Manage and optimize customer-specific inventory
Identify and implement process improvements and participate in projects
Support international customers and assist with international projects
Requirements
Commercial vocational training, or a degree with relevant professional experience
Experience in quotation preparation and order processing
Experience in process or support management is desirable
Strong relationship-management skills as well as organizational and analytical abilities
Strong communication skills in German and English for interacting with diverse audiences
Knowledge of Salesforce is an advantage
