About the role

  • Sales Development Representative engaging with potential customers through phone and social media. Coordinating meetings and implementing marketing strategies for events with a focus on IT services.

Responsibilities

  • Initial telephone contact with prospects and identification of potential customers and decision-makers
  • Maintaining contact with existing customers and coordinating follow-up calls and on-site appointments
  • Implementing marketing activities for planned events and managing them from invitations through post-event follow-up communications
  • Using social media, especially LinkedIn, to support these activities.

Requirements

  • Commercial vocational training or equivalent professional experience (career changers welcome)
  • Experience in B2B outbound sales, cold calling, or dialogue marketing, ideally in an IT services environment
  • Proficient with MS Office applications and ideally experience with a CRM system such as HubSpot
  • Open, goal-oriented, and solution-focused communication
  • Enjoys teamwork and exchanging ideas
  • Independent and structured working style
  • Business-fluent German; English skills desirable
