Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of sales efforts.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
Answer phones, emails and assist with walk in customers.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value proposition of our products and services.
Negotiate pricing and terms of sale to close deals and achieve sales targets.
Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Requirements
Proven experience in inside sales management, preferably in the commercial vehicle or automotive industry.
Excellent Customer Service Skills.
Experience working with telephones and handling multiple calls, emails and retail customers daily.
Patience, time management skills and the ability to prioritize task.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent numeracy skills for accurate and speedy calculation or sales price, discounts and percentages.
Knowledge with word and excel.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills and telephone etiquette.
Self-driven and motivated to be the best you can be.
