Responsibilities
Actively seeking new customers and managing the full sales cycle – from first contact to closing the deal
Building strong relationships with existing clients
Making it clear how MyBee's services add value for B2B and B2C clients and creating proposals
Analyzing sales data and customer feedback, sharing insights to support company growth
Collaborating with Operations, Fleet Management, and other teams to make sure customers have a smooth experience
Hitting and exceeding sales targets while delivering top-notch customer service
Contributing to sales process development, helping optimize strategies and workflows
Requirements
Brings experience in Active Sales, Key Account Management, or a similar role
Follows a structured approach to outbound sales – manage lead lists, prioritize outreach, and track touchpoints
Confident in cold outreach across calls, emails, and LinkedIn to generate leads and reach decision-makers
Demonstrates a proven ability to exceed targets and drive growth
Has awesome communication and people skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships
Manages time effectively, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and brings a proactive, results-driven mindset
Is familiar with CRM software, strong Excel skills, and other sales tools
Is fluent in both English and Lithuanian
