About the role

  • Customer Support Specialist assisting CityBee customers via various channels. Collaborating with internal teams to enhance customer experience and address issues efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional support to our customers via email, chat, phone, and other channels
  • Collaborate with both internal support teams and external call center partners to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Proactively advocate for the best interests of our customers
  • Escalate complex issues to team leads or other departments when necessary
  • Contribute ideas for improving self-service options, automation, and our knowledge base

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a customer-facing position
  • A strong customer-first mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Fluency in Latvian and working knowledge of English (Russian is a plus)
  • A positive, solution-oriented attitude
  • Experience with Intercom or similar support platforms is a plus
