Responsibilities
Play a leading role in controllership and financial planning, identifying variances and proposing corrective actions.
Apply agile methodologies in the execution of responsibilities.
Use expertise in management closing, EBITDA, income statement (DRE), managerial balance sheet and debit notes.
Monitor proper classification, reclassification and accounting reconciliation; analyze all accounts and their entries in accordance with legal definitions and the company’s chart of accounts to meet budget objectives.
Build digital financial statements/reports to support decision-making. Prepare financial statements, management reports, and budgets in SAP (budget supplementation), and analyze revenue trends and budgeting.
Establish processes across departments, acting as a business partner in the budgeting process.
Conduct financial monitoring of costs and expenses, identifying opportunities to reduce spending.
Ensure information governance throughout the process.
Requirements
Experience: Preferably experience in Controllership and Financial Planning.
Skills: Advanced Excel.
Microsoft Office suite.
Broad knowledge of financial management, including: income statement analysis (DRE), budget preparation, reconciliation of accounting results, cost and expense control, FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) and budgeting processes.
Software/Systems:
Integrated enterprise resource planning (ERP) planning system (e.g., SAP).
Education: Preferably Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering, Controllership, Finance or related fields.
