About the role

Responsibilities
- Play a leading role in controllership and financial planning, identifying variances and proposing corrective actions.
- Apply agile methodologies in the execution of responsibilities.
- Use expertise in management closing, EBITDA, income statement (DRE), managerial balance sheet and debit notes.
- Monitor proper classification, reclassification and accounting reconciliation; analyze all accounts and their entries in accordance with legal definitions and the company’s chart of accounts to meet budget objectives.
- Build digital financial statements/reports to support decision-making. Prepare financial statements, management reports, and budgets in SAP (budget supplementation), and analyze revenue trends and budgeting.
- Establish processes across departments, acting as a business partner in the budgeting process.
- Conduct financial monitoring of costs and expenses, identifying opportunities to reduce spending.
- Ensure information governance throughout the process.
Requirements
- Experience: Preferably experience in Controllership and Financial Planning.
- Skills: Advanced Excel.
- Microsoft Office suite.
- Broad knowledge of financial management, including: income statement analysis (DRE), budget preparation, reconciliation of accounting results, cost and expense control, FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) and budgeting processes.
- Software/Systems:
- Integrated enterprise resource planning (ERP) planning system (e.g., SAP).
- Education: Preferably Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering, Controllership, Finance or related fields.
