About the role

  • Analista de Infraestrutura overseeing operations and maintenance in educational institutions while collaborating with various stakeholders. Driving projects for improvement in São Paulo region.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and ensure operations at schools;
  • Oversee and guide corrective maintenance carried out at schools, manage the physical and financial aspects of the line, track and distribute requests with third parties and contractors, and monitor service-level agreements (SLAs);
  • Record and organize invoices for services and construction received by the infrastructure department;
  • Respond to service requests from units (planned and emergency);
  • Supplier and contract management;
  • Prepare budgets and monitor small- and medium-sized improvements and construction projects at the units;
  • Support execution control and progress measurements for small- and medium-sized projects at the units;
  • Provide technical oversight and inspection of maintenance at the units, ensuring service quality and delivery timelines;
  • Frequent field presence at units in the interior of São Paulo state, conducting routine visits;
  • Manage units' OPEX and CAPEX lines;
  • Prepare operational maintenance reports;
  • Develop schedules for construction and maintenance;

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Architecture, or related fields;
  • Availability to travel;
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Ability to interpret and verify plans/projects against execution;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills;
  • Organized in handling requests and controls;
  • Analytical skills;
  • Valid driver's license (Category B);
  • Experience in building maintenance routines;
  • Previous experience in construction project management;
  • Experience in supplier management;
  • Strong communication and clear presentation skills with internal stakeholders;
