About the role

Responsibilities

  • Conduct salary movement studies
  • Analyze and interpret results of salary surveys
  • Perform job evaluations
  • Prepare market benchmark studies
  • Support annual salary review processes
  • Contribute to benefits studies and analyses
  • Work in partnership with the commercial team, supporting pricing-related topics
  • Work collaboratively with the entire HR team (Recruitment & Selection, Development, Payroll and HR Business Partners)
  • Ensure practices are aligned with internal policies and organizational strategies

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology or related fields
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Compensation
  • Experience with:
  • Salary surveys
  • Annual salary review
  • Benefits studies
  • Intermediate/advanced Excel
  • Knowledge of SAP HR (corporate)
  • Experience with compensation methodologies (e.g., Towers)
  • Experience with expatriation processes
  • Experience in B2B companies and/or multinational organizations
