About the role

  • Infrastructure Analyst overseeing school operations while ensuring quality and timely maintenance. Engaging with suppliers and managing contracts to support educational facilities.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and ensure the operation of schools;
  • Monitor and guide corrective maintenance performed at schools and manage the physical and financial aspects of the line; track and distribute requests to third parties and maintenance vendors; monitor service level agreements (SLAs) for response times;
  • Register and organize service and construction invoices received by the infrastructure department;
  • Respond to service tickets from units (planned and emergency);
  • Supplier and contract management;
  • Budget preparation and monitoring of small- and medium-sized improvements and construction projects at units;
  • Support execution control and measurements for small- and medium-sized projects at units;
  • Technical oversight and inspection of maintenance at units to supervise service quality and delivery times;
  • Management of units' OPEX and CAPEX lines;
  • Preparation of operational maintenance reports;
  • Development of construction and maintenance schedules;

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Architecture, or a related field;
  • Availability to travel;
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Ability to interpret and verify project plans in relation to execution;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills;
  • Organized approach to managing requests and controls;
  • Analytical skills;
  • Valid driver’s license (Category B);
  • Experience with building/facility maintenance routines;
  • Previous experience in construction project management;
  • Experience in supplier/vendor management;
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively engage with internal stakeholders;
