About the role

  • Analyst responsible for project planning and regulatory documentation in infrastructure construction. Collaborating with teams to ensure project compliance and documentation accuracy.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare official letters, correspondence, presentations and other documents for regulatory engagement related to planned investments with public authorities.
  • Monitor construction progress using aerial surveys (aerolevantamentos), ensuring measurement accuracy and traceability of collected data.
  • Analyze and monitor, together with the responsible team, the delivery of design packages for highway capacity expansion segments, and communicate field requirements for design adjustments.
  • Prepare and direct the procurement of engineering services related to the highway capacity expansion works. Conduct feasibility analyses and studies and align budget planning with the directorate’s targets.
  • Act as the interface between your area and the procurement department, particularly regarding price inquiry processes and negotiations.
  • Control the contract signature and registration process through the area’s specific system, monitoring contract validity, terms and values.
  • Provide guidance to contractors in identifying documentation irregularities detected during document reviews, in accordance with required documentation.
  • Ensure the adoption of best practices in Quality, Environmental, Occupational Health & Safety, Social Responsibility and Asset Management standards, and guarantee compliance with client requirements, regulatory and statutory obligations, and contractual requirements.
  • Act in accordance with the corporate Compliance and Ethics program, following rules aligned with the Company’s guidelines to ensure compliance with regulatory, statutory and contractual requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Economics, Engineering or related fields.
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in the area.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word).
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD, BIM and Revit is desirable.
  • Experience in the concessions sector.
