About the role

  • Analista de Formação Profissional executing corporate education projects focused on Brazil-Germany cooperation. Managing operational projects and supporting new initiatives in a dynamic international environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation of corporate education projects and initiatives under the supervision of a direct manager.
  • Track project schedules, activities, deliverables, and workflows.
  • Organize meetings, materials, records, follow-ups, and documentation related to initiatives.
  • Serve as the liaison with companies, educational institutions, partners, and other stakeholders in the Brazil–Germany context.
  • Support the execution of programs related to professional mobility, talent exchange, certifications, and technical qualification.
  • Monitor project information, KPIs, and results, contributing to reports and analyses.
  • Ensure operational alignment among stakeholders, supporting effective communication and progress of activities.
  • Contribute to the organization and improvement of internal processes within the area.
  • Provide ad-hoc support for the development of new projects, including research, information gathering, proposal structuring, and preparation of presentations.

Requirements

  • Languages: German (fluent/native)
  • Dynamic, fast-paced professional able to complete tasks on short deadlines and work under pressure.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
