Responsibilities
You independently manage the fresh and service counters in your HIT store.
You navigate confidently between demand-driven purchasing and rapid turnover.
You ensure product availability and that the key figures in your area of responsibility are correct.
Together with your team, you present merchandise attractively.
You provide individual, personal, knowledgeable and warm customer advice and service.
You are responsible for the service counters and ensure optimal performance of the associated refrigerated shelves and freezers.
Through careful staff scheduling and your ability to motivate, develop and inspire employees, you ensure high team performance.
Requirements
Completed training as a specialist sales assistant in the fresh food sector or as a butcher.
Ideally, a master craftsman qualification in the butcher trade (Meister) or further training as a meat or cheese sommelier.
Preferably initial leadership experience in service counters.
Excellent knowledge of sausages, meat, cheese and fish products.
