About the role

  • Senior Sales Executive driving growth of Total Rewards Product and Services. Acquiring and developing mid-market clients across designated locations with a hybrid work model.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and generate new client leads through targeted email campaigns, phone outreach, and in-person visits.
  • Manage and develop self-generated sales opportunities as well as leads from Lead Generation teams.
  • Participate actively in proposal development, negotiation, and closing of deals related to Total Rewards Products and Services.
  • Collaborate closely with Market Sales Leaders to educate clients on a broad range of workforce solutions beyond Total Rewards offerings.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to maximize lifetime revenue and ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in Total Rewards, HR solutions, or related fields.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage clients effectively.
  • Self-motivated with a demonstrated ability to prospect and close sales independently.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a sales team environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
