Responsibilities
Actively shape the future of the Strategic People Advisory and Corporate Governance Advisory Practice
Support commercial and financial management of the practice
Work closely with the Business Lead and COO Germany as well as the Sub-Practice Leads
Assess technological trends and their impact on consulting
Manage cross-functional initiatives to optimize client management, organizational structure, and processes
Requirements
Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable qualification
Several years of experience in consulting or a similar role with a focus on operational management and growth
Proven track record of increasing profitability and operational efficiency
Can-do attitude, strategic thinking, and analytical working style
Ability to facilitate meetings and structure conflict
Strong presentation skills and confident communication
Business-fluent German and English (negotiation-level proficiency)
