Responsibilities
- Actively shape the future of the Strategic People Advisory and Corporate Governance Advisory Practice
- Support commercial and financial management of the practice
- Work closely with the Business Lead and COO Germany as well as the Sub-Practice Leads
- Assess technological trends and their impact on consulting
- Manage cross-functional initiatives to optimize client management, organizational structure, and processes
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in consulting or a similar role with a focus on operational management and growth
- Proven track record of increasing profitability and operational efficiency
- Can-do attitude, strategic thinking, and analytical working style
- Ability to facilitate meetings and structure conflict
- Strong presentation skills and confident communication
- Business-fluent German and English (negotiation-level proficiency)
