About the role

  • Operations Executive providing essential administrative and technical support at Marsh. Ensuring timely invoicing and delivering exceptional customer service regarding billing policies.

Responsibilities

  • Provide essential administrative and technical support
  • Ensure accurate, efficient, and timely production of all invoicing and related documentation
  • Handle inbound calls and deliver exceptional customer service regarding Billing of existing and new policies
  • Collaborate closely with the Team Leader and senior colleagues to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Contribute to achieving Operations team Service Level Agreements (SLA), Key Performance Indicators (KPI), and business objectives

Requirements

  • High School Certificate or equivalent
  • Preferably, at least 1 year experience in a similar broking/operational role in an insurance-related field
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to learn new systems quickly
