Responsibilities
- Provide professional care to patients before, during and after surgery, taking their overall wellbeing into account

- Perform circulating/runner duties before, during and after surgery
- Assist with surgical instrumentation across various specialties
- Competently operate and be familiar with medical devices and materials
- Responsible for hygiene measures and aseptic technique
- Perform administrative tasks
Requirements
- Secondary school leaving certificate (e.g., Realschulabschluss) or completion of another ten-year school education, or lower secondary school certificate (Hauptschulabschluss) with a completed vocational training (minimum two years)
- Qualification as a nursing assistant or geriatric nursing assistant with at least one year of training
- Medical fitness/health suitability
- At least 16 years old at the start of training
