About the role

  • HR Services Operations Manager leading ASEAN team, ensuring compliance and managing client escalations. Collaborating on projects with internal and external partners in a hybrid setup.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and develop HRSS Operations team members in the ASEAN region.
  • Manage client expectations and serve as the primary escalation point for complex cases.
  • Implement business processes and ensure compliance with regulatory changes.
  • Utilize case management reporting tools to monitor and meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Support and manage projects and vendor relationships.
  • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and operational documentation.
  • Ensure adherence to compliance, regulatory, and company policies to minimize risk.
  • Collaborate with internal HRSS departments, HR partners, and Centers of Excellence (COEs) to ensure effective service delivery.

Requirements

  • Experience managing HR Services or similar operations teams
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, compliance, and regulatory requirements
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships and handle escalations
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
