Responsibilities
Create engaging emails, eye-catching marketing materials, and helpful sales tools for producers
Support content strategy and the goals of the Private Client Services team through impactful design and marketing operations best-practices
Create high-quality on-brand designed content swiftly for various platforms, including internal communications, client emails, marketing materials, and sales enablement tools
Write and contribute to engaging short-form content such as emails and blog posts
Support long-form thought leadership pieces through design
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and ensure content accuracy and relevance
Proof content to ensure clarity, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines
Assist in the development of presentations and other materials to support sales initiatives
Provide marketing operations support to the team via project management and run-of-business tasks
Requirements
3+ years of experience in content creation, design, marketing, or communications
Highly proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and the Adobe Suite of software
Exceptional graphic design skills with a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of best design practices for content and email marketing
Ability to offer marketing operations support to our team to further streamline processes and procedures and enhance our marketing operations
Proficiency in using content management systems, designing for email and social media platforms
Excellent organizational skills and demonstrated capabilities to manage multiple projects simultaneously and shift priorities
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, graphic design, Communications, English, or a related field
