About the role

  • Lead the development of scalable leadership and TM development programs.
  • Apply adult learning principles, neuroscience and system thinking to architect programs.
  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of global programs.
  • Incorporate social, collaborative and tech-enabled learning tools.
  • Facilitate leadership development workshops and coach leaders and teams.
  • Work with talent partners and business leaders on leadership development interventions.
  • Develop measures and success metrics to assess learning effectiveness.
  • Leverage technology platforms to enhance learner experiences.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Organization Development, Psychology, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of directly related experience, with at least 5 years in a multinational company.
  • Strategic mindset, sound business acumen and enterprise thinking.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management with the ability to build trusted partnerships.
  • A strong command of instructional design and learning and development models.
  • Curiosity and comfort with technology.
  • Experienced in designing and implementing impactful leadership development solutions.
  • Strong facilitation and communication presence.
  • Proficient in deriving data-driven insights to measure learning effectiveness.
  • Skills in program management to scale global delivery and oversee change management.
