Requirements
Field of Study: Business Administration (with HR or Leadership focus), Human Resource Management, Organizational Psychology / Work & Organizational Behavior, Educational Sciences / Learning & Development, Communication, Change Management / Organizational Development.
Experience: Expertise in Learning & Development, Performance Management, Change Management, Communications, or HR Technology / People Analytics are a plus.
Skills: Strong organizational skills, well-developed analytical thinking, strong written and verbal communication skills, collaborative mindset and proactivity.
Language requirements: Fluent in English.
Final Selection Day: 12.01.2026 in dsm-firmenich office in Maastricht.
Start of the internship: 02.02.2026.
Duration: 4-5 months.
Studies: currently enrolled at a Dutch university or applied science university (hogeschool). Your university will cosign the internship agreement.
