Responsibilities
Administrate training and educational programs involves processing the creation and modification processes of educational objects in the Learning Management System, including events, training sessions, online courses, videos, materials, and tests
This also includes the registration of participant lists and the mass uploading of events and sessions
Manage Learning & Development incoming requests (through the Contact Center, MS Outlook) involves acting as the subject matter expert for in-scope processes and market-specific knowledge, resolving incoming L&D queries
Prepare different types of reports such as tracking participant attendance and training effectiveness in the systems
Coordinate of technical issues resolution and driving it with impacted teams
Analyze and verify periodic internal reports on the quality of services provided; complying with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) (Service Level Agreements (SLAs)) and conducting an analysis of the root causes of errors/deviations, as well as participating in determining problem-solving methods
Participate in the implementation of Programs for continuous improvement and standardization of processes in the serviced markets
Ensure proper and timely documentation of process updates in the Standard Operating Procedure
Requirements
Experience in the Administration or Training & Learning or Organization or HR fields would be a plus
A specialist with a university degree in Management, Business Administration, International Relations, or equivalent
Confident in English at least an intermediate level (both written and verbal)
Experienced user of MS Office (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook, MS Teams, SharePoint)
A professional with exceptional communication, coordination, and organizational skills
A fast learner with a result-focused mindset
