About the role

  • Develop and implement government-wide leadership development strategies aligned with APS priorities and leadership frameworks
  • Oversee tailored programs for all leadership levels, incorporating best practices in adult learning, inclusion, and accessibility
  • Build frameworks for mentoring, coaching, and peer learning to support career growth and leadership transitions
  • Partner with Executive Search, Talent Management, HR teams, and department leaders to ensure integrated, effective solutions
  • Use data and feedback to refine programs and address emerging leadership needs
  • Guide a diverse team of specialists in program design, curriculum development, analytics, and delivery

Requirements

  • University graduation in Public Administration, Business, HR Management or other related field
  • Seven years of progressive experience in Talent Management, Leadership Development, or Executive HR functions
  • Experience managing complex programs and leading diverse professional teams
  • Adult learning principles and curriculum design
  • Program evaluation and data-driven decision-making
  • Vendor management and quality assurance
  • Strategic thinking and change leadership
  • Strong communication and influencing skills
  • Collaboration across multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results
