About the role

  • Ensure alignment between business requirements and the Netcracker COM solution, guaranteeing efficient integration between BSS and Billing systems and consistency of order and billing processes.
  • Evaluate and translate business and engineering requirements into technical solutions aligned with the Netcracker COM architecture.
  • Define and monitor KPIs and SLAs in collaboration with the business areas to ensure performance and quality of deliveries.
  • Perform critical analysis and propose improvements to order flows and integrations between BSS and Billing systems.
  • Prepare, review and approve functional, technical and integration documentation, ensuring compliance with corporate standards.
  • Lead end-to-end test validation, triage defects and support QA and development teams in resolving issues.
  • Present solutions to stakeholders, coordinate technical handovers and participate in war rooms during deployment and stabilization phases.
  • In post-production, monitor reports, produce application health assessments and open incidents with the observability team for continuous fixes and adjustments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or related fields.
  • Strong functional expertise in the Netcracker COM solution and understanding of BSS/OSS architectures.
  • Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, ESB-based integrations, messaging systems and process modeling (BPMN).
  • Experience with monitoring and observability tools (Grafana, Kibana, Dynatrace, Splunk).
  • Familiarity with Jira, Confluence and ServiceNow.
  • Previous experience in COM projects (Netcracker or similar).
  • Solid experience in BSS/Billing integrations, with understanding of Customer Order, Fulfillment and Charging processes.
  • Experience in telecommunications companies or OSS/BSS systems integrators.
  • Participation in COM system implementation, rollout or support projects.
