About the role

  • Assistente Administrativo role managing user communications and inventory processes at Minsait in Macaé, emphasizing user support and effective communication between teams.

Responsibilities

  • Apply the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) concept, maintaining communication between support teams and users.
  • Handle routing and forwarding of team service tickets.
  • Update BDGC items, inventories, and technical reservations.
  • Update information in control and management systems.
  • Responsible for handling movement of small stock items.
