Marketing Manager developing Go-to-Market strategies for partners in IT solutions. Planning and realizing marketing activities in collaboration with channel partners in a hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities
Partner go-to-market strategy – You develop scalable go-to-market strategies for our partners together with the marketing team and design programs in close collaboration with the Channel Manager
Partner events – You support the organization and execution of events and webinars, including event promotion, copy templates, social media posts, promotional materials, booth planning and logistics
Partner communication – You ensure partners are optimally supported by providing marketing materials, reseller newsletters and campaign templates, and by continuously expanding the partner area on the website
Co-marketing campaigns – Together with our partners you plan and execute campaigns to increase leads, conversions and market reach, managing all steps from budget requests to billing and reporting
Performance & reporting – You define relevant KPIs, analyze campaigns and derive data-driven optimization measures to sustainably increase the success of partner programs
Requirements
You have a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a comparable qualification
At least 3 years' experience in B2B marketing, ideally focused on partner- or channel-marketing in an IT or SaaS environment; agency experience is a plus
Strong tech affinity and confident English communication skills
Experience with CMS platforms such as TYPO3, email marketing tools like CleverReach, and design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
Independent working style, proactive attitude and team spirit, as well as the drive to take responsibility for the success of our partner programs
You combine creative thinking with analytical understanding to measure and continuously optimize campaign performance
