Responsibilities
Garantizar la correcta aplicación de pagos y el oportuno seguimiento de saldos vencidos, reclamaciones y correcciones de facturación.
Contribuir a la gestión de las solicitudes de los clientes y al mantenimiento de relaciones financieras saludables.
Apoyar a los clientes con sus requerimientos diarios de pedidos.
Dar seguimiento a los pedidos con transportistas y almacenes.
Actuar como mediador entre ventas, el transportista y el almacén cuando sea necesario.
Cumplir con las políticas de Michelin (gestión de pedidos, devoluciones, transporte).
Mantener comunicación constante con el especialista de AR para prevenir, corregir y/o resolver posibles errores de facturación.
Brindar soporte y asistencia al proceso financiero D2C, asegurando una resolución precisa y oportuna de reclamaciones de facturación y saldos vencidos de los clientes.
Informar proactivamente al cliente en caso de cualquier evento, retraso o incumplimiento del compromiso de servicio.
Requirements
Experiencia de 1 a 2 años en puestos de atención a clientes, en gestión de pedidos o áreas relacionadas.
Inglés Avanzado, contacto con clientes de Estados Unidos.
Carrera Administrativa o relacionada.
